Groot Description
This home is lovingly nicknamed "Groot" which is German for "Great". Groot has a wrap-around deck and a 100-foot dock with a swim platform. The home offers beautiful water views from every room. There are three bedrooms, two full baths, a large living area with a Smart TV, a mobile hotspot for internet access, and a fully functioning kitchen that has a refrigerator and freezer, oven and cooktop stove, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and ample plates and utensils. The kitchen table seats up to 8 and there is a picnic table on the deck and underneath the deck for outdoor dining. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and an extra air conditioner, the second bedroom has two full beds, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds that will sleep 4 people. The home will sleep 8 people in the bedroom space. Groot is pet friendly at no extra charge. Please bring your own linens and towels. There are extra linens and towels are available if needed and there is a washer and dryer. A split-level heating and air system and ample ceiling fans will ensure guests are comfortable. The cost is $225.00 a night plus a one-time $150.00 cleaning fee for the stay.

The Green Pearl is a newly renovated, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Waterview home for vacation rentals in Deal Island Maryland. The Green Pearl has water views from the entire front portion of the house including the living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. You can enjoy the water views of the Chesapeake Bay from the screened-in porch and watch the osprey and shorebirds soar. This home has 1500 square footage of living space and a sizeable one-acre lot for outdoor activities. The living room has sliding glass doors to walk out on the deck. The sound view estates common water access to launch kayaks or put your toes in the sand is within walking distance and the Deal Island Public beach is one mile away.
The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked with eating and cooking utensils.
The living room has a large smart TV and ample, comfortable seating with two large sofas, a recliner and two chairs. The home has central AC and heat.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a Waterview, and a master bath. The second bedroom has a full-size and twin-size bed and a water view and the third bedroom has a full-size and twin-size bed.
Cost
